The protectors. The courageous. The can-do spirited.

End Substance Use Disorder is a campaign of leaders building a world where we all have the support we need to be well, regardless of where we’re from, what we can afford, or what we look like.

We join together to save lives.

End Substance Use Disorder engages respected changemakers from across the country to educate the public and secure reforms proven to prevent overdoses and stem the tide of the substance use disorder crisis. Our coalition partners represent and serve millions of Americans. They include:

Healthcare providers

We work with healthcare associations, hospitals, doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to integrate substance use treatment into healthcare.

Law enforcement officers

We partner with national law enforcement organizations, sheriffs, police chiefs, and prosecutors to expand public health solutions.

Harm reduction and social justice advocates

We partner with harm reduction advocates and social justice leaders to enact laws that promote the health and wellbeing of all people with substance use disorder.

People and families affected by SUD

Our coalitions include and amplify the voices of people with substance use disorder and their parents, children, grandparents, siblings, and partners.

We educate and support city, county, and state officials in speaking up for federal reforms that can prevent overdoses in their communities.
